You only get one chance to make a first impression – make sure it’s a good one.

Until recently, professional photography for real estate was mostly relegated to very expensive, palatial properties and was supplied by costly architectural photographers.

 

• Basic small package: $100 for up to 25 photos

• Basic large package: $125 for 27-36 photos

• Extra-large package: $150 for more than 36 photos

• Twilight Photos - $100

• Exterior-only Photos: $75 for 4-6 photos

• Aerial Photos: $100 up to 12 images

• Aerial Video: $125

• Property Website - $30 (Included at no additional cost with an upgrade to a video and/or 360 3D Tour and/or Zillow 3D Home® Tour       

• Video Tour - $125

• Matterport hosted 360° Tour: $150 up to 3000 square feet

• 360° and/or Zillow 3D Home® Tour - $125

• Travel outside the greater Salem/Keizer area: $ .75/mile

 

All photo sets are delivered via Dropbox and will be in two sizes. One set is formatted and sized to upload into Paragon or RMLS without any alterations. The other set is delivered as a full-size high-resolution image at 600dpi.

 

Additionally, I will provide a link to a high-resolution gallery with a slideshow function that is compatible with mobile devices.

Payment:

I will email you an invoice shortly after your photos are delivered. Some clients remit payment by check, however, most choose to use the credit/debit card payment through Square.
